Look at those bangs. Goodness gracious those are awful. This picture was taken on the bus. In elementary school. On a field trip. With my friend, Nadia Baramki. Most likely 1991/1992.
I laugh every time I look at this picture. And that pretty much is only because of my bangs. They look like...uhhh...horns?! A crown?! I'm not sure. Actually Nadia's are pretty bad, too...an ocean wave?! Shew, is it just me or are kids cuter these days? :) Haha.
Nadia started going to the same elementary school (Weyers Cave) as me in 1st grade. She was "the new girl." We've been friends ever since. She now resides in Richmond and is getting married next summer. Yay!

You know what the best part about this picture is? I get to see this smiling face tonight! Nadia will be in town. Thank goodness her Dad still lives close by. Because of that, she still comes back pretty often. :)
