Perfect Skinny Jeggings

I'm on a blogging frenzy...woo hoo!  But you know what that really means?  Here very soon I will probably have a breakdown and will go a month without blogging.  Here is to hoping that is NOT the case because I'm trying...really, really trying hard for my very few readers I have out there. :)

Today at lunch I went to Old Navy.  Mostly because I had a 25% off coupon that was just dying to be used.

Well guess what?  I found exactly what I had been looking for.  Exactly.  Don't you love when that happens?!  And at Old Navy of all places.  I have been trying and trying to find the right pair of skinny, cute, don't show my butt crack, not too long jeans/jeggings/pants.  Found them!  Today!  At Old Navy!  And I love them.  So much that I wanted to buy every single color they had (and they had several colors).  Which is really pretty crazy considering I have never in the past been able to wear Old Navy pants.  They just never felt right.  But these are completely different.  They are amazingly comfortable.  They are just the right length, that cropped length.  I'm telling you, they are perfect.  For me anyway and in this case, that is all that matters.

So I ended up walking away with a gray pair (Rock Star Super Skinny Jeggings) and a denim pair (Rock Star Super Skinny High-Rise Jeggings).  I know what you're thinking...so basic.  But basic is what I need right now.  And I realllllly wanted the black pair, too.  But I didn't do it.  I stepped away.  I just know these are going to be my go-to pants all the time now.  And I'm ok with that.  And if all goes really well, I may have to go back for the black...and the red...and the blue... :)

As most of my shopping trips go...I couldnt leave without getting Ryan something, too.  That's just what I do.  He loves long-sleeved ribbed tees so that is what he got!  On sale for $12!

And just so you know, I did walk away without something I liked!  I tried on the below sweater as well...and really wanted it.  It looked so cute on, but I resisted the urge!  So I guess I'm not a complete compulsive shopper. :)  But geez, my new denim pants, navy blue tank, this sweater, some gold jewels, and my flat brown knee-high boots.  Wouldn't they all look good together?!  Ok, stop it.  I said no!

Happy hump day and happy shopping!

  1. That is very good to know because I was JUST in there on Tues. looking for the very same thing and either did not see those, or didn't try them on for fear that they would be "too tight." Glad to know they are flattering! I have a coupon starting tomorrow so maybe I will have to try some!

  2. Yes! I personally liked them alot. I don't know if you'll feel the same way, but I hope so. I just liked the cropped look and that they were not too long. I also like the fact that when I sat down, they didn't slide down. :)
